Jody turned 30 this last week, and since we were in Amarillo for the shower, we decided to have a cookout with family and friends to celebrate. Everyone rocked out in the Hereford's back yard with Albuquerque golf (or rodeo golf, I've heard it called several different names) and good food. And since no birthday celebration would be complete without cake, we even had an ice cream cake from Cold Stone Creamery. If you have not had the pleasure of tasting their cakes, I highly recommend it. However, be sure and let it set out for a few minutes before you try to cut it, one of Stacy's knives suffered a casualty as a result of the super frozen ice cream!
